In a commendable initiative, Hon. Olufemi Oladokun Onireti, a dedicated supporter of education and member of the Ogbomoso Progressive Elite Club, has announced the sponsorship of 50 secondary school students for free JAMB registration. This annual program aims to alleviate the financial burden on students and foster academic excellence.

Additionally, as a gesture of continued support, three students from the previous year’s free JAMB registration will be awarded 100,000 naira each. This financial encouragement is geared towards motivating students to strive for excellence in their academic pursuits.

Prospective candidates are reminded that the qualifying examination for the sponsored JAMB registrations will take place today, the 25th of January 2024. The examination centers include Anglican Grammar School Ogbomoso, Baptist Secondary Grammar School Ahoyaya Ogbomoso, Baptist Secondary Grammar School Aajawa, Ikoyi Grammar School Ikoyi, and Iresaadu High School Iresaadu.

Two prospective candidates from each public secondary school in the Ogbomoso Zone are expected at the nearest and most convenient center. Accreditation of students will be carried out by the respective school principals.

Hon. Onireti encourages students to seize this opportunity, emphasizing that academic excellence is the first key to a brighter future and he will continue to support the Ogbomoso Progressive Elite Club in its commitment to supporting education and empowering the youth for a prosperous tomorrow.
