Welcome to SHE SHED, the ultimate space for women to come together, connect, and thrive. We believe that when women support each other, incredible things happen, and that’s exactly what we strive for in our program. SHE SHED is designed for women of all ages and backgrounds, and we offer a variety of activities to keep you engaged and inspired.

Our SHE TALKS sessions provide a safe and supportive environment for women to share their stories, experiences, and challenges. Our trained facilitators guide the conversation and offer insights and resources to help you navigate the ups and downs of life.

Our healing sessions are designed to help you relax, unwind, and rejuvenate. From guided meditations to restorative yoga, we offer a variety of options to meet your needs.

But it’s not all serious at SHE SHED! We also know how to have fun. Our games are a great way to break the ice and connect with other women in the program. Kick back and unwind..,…because you deserve it!
