Otunba Oluseye Opatoki, a chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, describing him as a dedicated public servant and a dependable brother committed to grassroots development.
In a congratulatory message issued to commemorate the birthday of the council boss, Otunba Opatoki praised Hon. Olufade’s leadership style, noting that it is anchored on humility, accessibility, and a genuine passion for service.
According to him, Hon. Olufade’s administration has continued to reflect inclusive governance and people-oriented policies that have positively impacted communities across Ibadan North Local Government.
